We are seeking a proactive and skilled Customer Service & Sales Executive to join our Lahore office for the **night shift (9 PM - 6 AM PKT)**. This dual-focused role requires you to deliver outstanding customer support while actively pursuing sales opportunities to expand our client base. PKR 35,000 - PKR 70,000 per month + Bonuses up to PKR 120,000 (depending on work performance)
Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide comprehensive support via phone, email, and chat during night hours.
- Proactively identify customer needs and promote suitable products or services to achieve sales targets.
- Clearly articulate product information, benefits, and pricing to potential and existing customers.
- Efficiently resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Process transactions, update customer records, and maintain accurate data in the CRM system.
- Maintain detailed and organized documentation of all customer interactions and sales efforts.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth service delivery and sales conversions.
- Strive to meet and exceed individual and team sales quotas and customer service metrics.
- Continuously update knowledge on company products, services, and industry best practices.
- Adhere strictly to all company policies and communication guidelines.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is advantageous.
- Preferably 1+ years of experience in a customer service or sales-oriented role, preferably in a nocturnal call center setting.
- Exceptional command of both spoken and written English and Urdu.
- Strong active listening skills with a proven ability to address customer needs and objections.
- Demonstrated ability to persuade and influence customers towards a purchase decision.
- A highly motivated, resilient, and customer-centric approach.
- Availability to work the night shift (9 PM - 6 AM PKT), including weekends and public holidays as required.
